Courses Terms & Conditions
Payment of the enrolment fee indicates acceptance of these terms.
Full payment is required upon registration to secure your place.
Fees include all materials, the use of equipment & safety equipment and afternoon tea/refreshments if indicated on the course details.
Old Bexley Soap & Candle Co. reserves the right to cancel a course/workshop in case of insufficient number of students or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred for travel, accommodation etc. Courses booked through a different course provider adhere to their specific terms and conditions.
Once a course has been booked and paid for, we are unable to offer any refunds for any reason if you are unable to attend. You can find someone else to attend in your place (must be over 18), in this case please let us know their name and email address so we can send them the enrolment form.
You will be able to reschedule your course (only once) up to 4 weeks before the course date. Students should consider their personal commitments and circumstances before enrolment as we regret that we will be unable to reschedule your dated course that is due to start in 4 or less weeks.
If you do not attend on the day of the course you are not entitled to a refund and you do not have the right to move your place to an alternative date.
For safety reasons, it is requested that any allergies are stated upon enrolment as very concentrated fragrances and chemicals are used in the courses.
Food/refreshments will be served so please make sure you let us know of any dislikes, allergies or intolerances.
Old Bexley Soap & Candle Co. makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for food allergies. However, the risk of cross-contamination remains.
Old Bexley Soap & Candle Co. accepts no liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed or any of the ingredients that the student may come into contact with while at our premises
